NVV Immigration Consulting Inc. is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
We follow the CICC Code of Professional Conduct. Paid services begin only after a signed service agreement. Decisions rest with IRCC, so no outcome is guaranteed. Complaints may be made to us first, or to the CICC.
Every immigration mandate requires an official Retainer Agreement detailing transparent fees, billing milestones, and representation scope.
All decisions on study, work, visitor, or PR visas reside solely with IRCC visa officers. No consultant can guarantee outcome or speed.
Clients have full recourse to our transparent internal grievance review, followed by direct statutory complaint escalation to the CICC.
